Holy Week 2023

Easter with the Meeting House

Taizé Service of Wholenss and healing on March 23 at 7Pm
This service offers an opportunity to pause and reflect during this busy season, and is particularly mindful of the sorrows and challenges also present in our lives and our world.

Taizé services are simple, candlelit, participatory prayer services that consist of music, song and silence. The music is meditative, prayerful, chant-like, and repetitive, allowing the gathered group to enter into sung prayer that is both corporate and individually centering.

Dedicate Easter flowers in honor of or in memory of loved ones and brighten the sanctuary for our Easter worship.

A mix of either hydrangeas and Lilies ($30) or Hyacinths, daffodils, and tulips ($20) are available.

Deadline to order: March 27, 2023

Palm sunday brunch invitation

Join us for worship on Palm Sunday at 11:00 AM. If you’d like to join in the Palm Processional, meet us at 10:45 AM in front of the church. Following worship, everyone is invited to enjoy a light lunch and fellowship – nothing fancy – just a chance for everyone to relax, visit, and connect after church. We hope you will come!

On this night we remember and celebrate the final supper Jesus shared with his disciples. Join us for worship at 7:00 PM.

Childcare upon request to Noelle, ncastin@opmh.org.

Crosses on the hill for Good Friday worship

Good Friday is the day we remember Jesus’ crucifixion. It is an especially important time to pray for the church and the world for whom Christ gave his life.

Childcare upon request to Noelle, ncastin@opmh.org.

Easter with the Meeting House April 9 9 and 11 am

He is risen! Join us to celebrate Christ’s resurrection. Children are welcome in worship. We will have a Children’s Time just for kids as well as an activity bag to keep little hands busy. Be sure to pick one up in the Narthex. If you prefer, our nursery will be available for children ages 0-3 during the service.

Our Sunday School programs will resume on April 16.
