DESCRIPTION:Noonday Noëls: A Holiday Tradition \nWe look forward to another three-week series of Noonday Noels\, a longstanding holiday tradition at the Meeting House. Dr. Bryan Holten kicks off the series on December 3 with a program of seasonally-themed jazz piano. December 10 will feature a local brass ensemble playing festive holiday favorites. On December 17 we welcome the Annandale High School Choir and Chamber Singers led by Patrick Vaughn.  \nNoonday Noels are a great occasion to invite a friend. Each event begins with a short liturgy and a hymn\, followed immediately by a half-hour concert. Join us for a light lunch reception to top it all off. See you there!

DESCRIPTION:Join us on May 19 at 3:00 PM for our final Concert With A Cause for the season! This FREE concert is presented by the Festival Choir and Orchestra and led by music director Dr. Steven Seigart. First on the program will be Francis Poulenc’s expansive Gloria\, an energetic and playful masterwork commissioned by the Koussevitsky Foundation and premiered by the Boston Symphony Orchestra in 1961. Lastly we will feature music by Lili Boulanger (the younger sister of famed pedagogue Nadia Boulanger\, and the first woman to win the prestigious Prix de Rome)\, including her riveting setting of Psalm 24 and her glowing Hymne au soliel. \nIf you would like to join the Festival Chorus for this concert\, please contact Dr. Steven Seigart for more information.
