Dr. Bryan will be on hand to supervise\, answer questions\, and visit with parents. \n\nAttend a few or all\, and come and go as you please. \n\nThe Musical Playground occurs right before our Midweek Connections series with a light supper. Feel free to also join us for a simple soup supper and/or the series!

DESCRIPTION:Join us on May 19 at 3:00 PM for our final Concert With A Cause for the season! This FREE concert is presented by the Festival Choir and Orchestra and led by music director Dr. Steven Seigart. First on the program will be Francis Poulenc’s expansive Gloria\, an energetic and playful masterwork commissioned by the Koussevitsky Foundation and premiered by the Boston Symphony Orchestra in 1961. Lastly we will feature music by Lili Boulanger (the younger sister of famed pedagogue Nadia Boulanger\, and the first woman to win the prestigious Prix de Rome)\, including her riveting setting of Psalm 24 and her glowing Hymne au soliel. \nIf you would like to join the Festival Chorus for this concert\, please contact Dr. Steven Seigart for more information.

DESCRIPTION:On Good Friday the Meeting House Choir will present John Rutter’s “Requiem” which is a musical setting of parts of the Latin Requiem with added psalms and biblical verses in English\, completed in 1985. Also on the program will be music by contemporary composers for Holy Week\, featuring the soloists and Festival Orchestra.
