SUMMARY:Alexandria Heritage Trail Walk
DESCRIPTION:The Dismantling Racism Team is sponsoring the Alexandria Heritage Trail Walk that will provide an opportunity to learn about African American History of Alexandria\, Virginia. This is a great opportunity for adults\, youth and families to connect and increase their knowledge of the history of this community. The walk will be led by Laurie Best. Participants will meet on May 17 at 10:00 AM at  Waterfront Park\, 107 N. Union Street.  If you have a cell phone\, you can bring it along to follow the walk. Each stop will have a description to read. The walk will last about 1 hour.  If you want to participate in the Walk\, please RSVP to Laurie. If the tour is cancelled we will notify you with your contact information.
