Club 3-4-5

On Sunday, March 15 at 12:00 PM, after the 11:00 AM service all third, fourth and fifth graders are invited to meet in Heritage Hall to put together Care Kits for our friends at Open Table.  You are also invited to hand out the kits on Thursday, March 19 at the Open Table breakfast. We are putting together 50 Care Kits and if you would be able to bring a donation for the Care Kits, please sign up. Bring your items on Sunday, March 15 or contact Morgan Jones to coordinate another delivery time.

Lunch will also be served while we’re putting together the Care Kits. Please also let Morgan Jones know of any dietary restrictions or preferences.

On Thursday, March 19, join us any time 6:00-8:00 AM to volunteer at our Open Table breakfast. We will help make sandwiches, prepare snack bags, and hand out the Care Kits. Club 345 will be helping and volunteering with the other regular Open Table volunteers. We ask that all Club 345 please plan to come with a parent / caregiver, or make arrangements to come with another Club 345 parent or caregiver. Thank you to Club 345 for supporting Open Table!

What is Open Table?
Open Table is just that, an open table for anyone in the community seeking breakfast and fellowship on Thursday mornings. We served our first breakfast in August 2013 with food prepared and served by volunteers and have welcomed guests every week since then from 6:00–8:00 AM indoors in Heritage Hall. Donated time, food, and supplies support our program. If you’d like to support Open Table please contact Mary Hill.
