Experience the joy of the season with a timeless masterpiece! Join us on Sunday, December 21 at 4:00 PM for an inspiring performance of Handel’s Messiah, Part One, featuring the powerful “Hallelujah” chorus and other beloved selections from this immortal 1741 oratorio.
The Meeting House Festival Choir returns, joined by Staff Singers, a fifteen-piece orchestra, and soloists under the direction of Dr. Mark Helms, conductor of the William & Mary Choir. Come and celebrate this holiday favorite with music that has uplifted generations!
Are you interested in singing with us? Anyone with the ability to match pitch and follow a printed score is welcome. Rehearsals are December 4, 11, 13, 18, and 20 (Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings). Please contact Dr. Bryan Holten about joining the Festival Choir.
