ALIVE! Food Collection

As you all well know, the number of families in need of groceries is still very high! Community food drives are an important part of ALIVE!’s ability to keep costs down during the year and serve more people in need. This food drive in July will help to increase inventory and reduce costs for purchased food for families.

The goal for this Alexandria City-wide food drive is to collect 40,000 pounds of food by the end of July, enough to provide 1.7 million meals!

The Meeting House is a community drop off site for donations of non-perishable food in cans, plastic or cardboard; ready-to-eat non-perishable kids meals.

You can bring your items church on Sunday or to the church office during the week in July. Let’s fill our box!! The collected food will make a difference for our Neighbors in need!
