Annual Congregational Meeting

A congregational meeting is called for the purpose of hearing annual reports and approving the pastors’ Terms of Call. All members should plan to stay after the 11 AM worship service. 

Annual Meeting – Sunday, February 1, 2025 

The Annual Meeting of the congregation and the corporation of The Old Presbyterian Meeting House has been called for Sunday, February 1, 2025  directly following the worship service for the purpose of:

1. hearing annual reports by church staff, committees and boards;
2. hearing accounts of the church finances for 2025, the 2026 stewardship drive, and the 2026 church budget;
3. approving the terms of call for Rev. Ann Herlin, Rev. Dr. Katherine Stanford and Rev. Dr. Shelly Wood
4. hearing informational items which the Pastor and the Session may wish to share.
