Lenten Series: Welcoming the People of God, Part 5

Women comprise half of God’s people, but their stories are fewer in the biblical narrative. Women’s ever-evolving roles in the leadership include ordination as elders in 1930 and as pastors in 1965. The Meeting House called our first female Pastor/Head of Staff in 2024. How do we continue the mindful work of welcome, diversity, and inclusion going forward, even when we think we may be “done”? In this final class we will engage in practical brainstorming, asking What’s Next?
